Hi Creators, In September, we announced our ambitions to expand Facial Age Estimation for chat to all users by the end of year. Starting this week, we are running a limited test to encourage users to complete an age check to chat. This is part of our commitment to make conversations age-appropriate. So our issue was for ROBLOX on a Windows PC: Could not move the character with the keyboard, but the keyboard worked fine, even in Roblox chat. But in a game, could not use keys or arrows, could not move or jump with keyboard. Traced our issue to Discord, which is a popular and useful app for things like voice chat and connecting with friends.
Opening Roblox through the website or through the executable itself causes an error that says “Roblox encountered an unexpected error.” with an option to create a support file.
